If an order is undeliverable at a destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping your order will incur an additional shipping surcharge.

RETURNS + DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away, providing us with your order number, a description and photo of the damage.
