1. Cooking is your great passion

As a Kitchen Witch, you really enjoy spending your time in the kitchen.

You know that it is a place where your magic happens.

You carefully pick your ingredients, add additional spices, and the most important – you cook with love!

Everyone enjoys the meals you prepare because they can feel the extra care that you put into that practice.

Maybe this is something that you have been taught by your mother. Some special recipes, or traditional dishes.

Cooking is a very important act of creating. And you understand that what you make in the kitchen, will nourish and transform your body.

Isn’t that magic in the purest form?

2. You enjoy finding new Kitchen Witch Recipes

What is the difference between just cooking and the magic one?

The answer is You!

As a practitioner of magic, you are familiar with the concept of personal energy. We all have our aura/vibe/frequency that affects everything around us.

By learning simple energy concepts, you will soon discover that there is an etheric field that connects everything. And as a witch, you are a chalice, a magical vessel that manipulates and attracts energy into your life.

You may find yourself creating special Kitchen Witch Recipies based on magical attributes of products and infused with the intention of your choice.

The kitchen is your magical space where you love to try new spells, incantations, and blends.

3. You love learning about magical uses of foods, drinks, and spices

Each magical ingredient has its own meaning and attributes. You can easily research them in books that I have listed below.

It’s a great ability to be able to create a meal infused with spices that will bring you the desired outcome: love, abundance, happiness, protection, grounding, etc.

On top of that, kitchen witchery allows you to bring common cooking or baking into your spiritual practice.

You are most likely to cook every day, so this is a great opportunity to bring some magic into your daily routine.

4. Your kitchen cabinet is full of spices

There is one thing you are most proud of: the variety of herbs and spices that you keep in your kitchen.

You can find there different plant material that you like to spice up your meals with.

Would you like to bring more money into your life? Add extra basil.

Maybe there is a stressful exam coming your way? Putting rosemary into your dishes will give you that extra mental and memory boost.

Maybe you need to feel more worthy? Try experimenting with rose water in the kitchen!

Everything can be brought into magical practice and with a bit of intuition and some research, you’d be able to choose the spices that not only to make your meals more delicious but also bring you the desired outcome on the way.

5. You have more that one variety of tea

Black, green, red, hibiscus, mint, chai…? This is the question you ask whenever your visitors come for tea.

Sometimes you might even make your own blends from the available products.

You like to experiment in the kitchen and brewing tea is one of your favorite rituals of the day.

As a Kitchen Witch, you could also learn the tea divination method. You simply read from leftover leaves and see what shapes are on the bottom of your cup.

Why don’t you try the next time you decide to make yourself a cup of tea?

6. You like making practical spells using your kitchen supplies

Who said it’s necessary to buy expensive and rare ingredients that have no other use than your magical spellcasting?

For a Kitchen Witch magic is easy and fun to do.

You can simply use avocado that is connected with love and beauty.

7. Kitchen Garden is something that you dream of

Fresh basil, cilantro, parsley, chives – these are the things you’d love to cultivate. Even on a small window sill!

Not every Witch needs to live in the woods. You can try to bring as much nature as you can into your home.

And all the plants that you carefully take care of, will allow you to create amazing dishes full of flavor.

Maybe making fresh pesto for abundance and better income?

Or maybe when using cilantro for your curry, visualize love that is coming your way.

Fresh herbs have more vital energy in them, that’s why as a Kitchen Witch you admire them so much!

8. Your intention is the most important ingredient for cooking

Learning about Witchcraft will always bring you back to yourself.

What is your intention?

What is the desirable outcome?

How can you transform everyday tasks into magical acts?

All is connected with your personal power of intention and visualization.

Some witches I know like to cook creating a nice and calm atmosphere. No negative emotions, nice music in the background, and fewer distractions.

We know that our energy affects the food we’re creating and in the consequence, the same intention will come back on us when we consume the food.

Better think about it next time you turn on your kitchen hob!

9. You prefer cast iron and wooden utensils

There is no more witchy thing than a real cast iron cauldron that you cook your mixtures in.

I know… Not everyone can afford to have a fire pit and a real bubbling pot over it. Yet this is something you imagine yourself doing in the future.

Stirring your mixtures with special wooden utensils that have carved sigils into them is another thing that some Kitchen Witches might do.

On top of that, you just love your mortar and pestle and you cannot imagine not having these items in your kitchen.

10. Kitchen is your sacred and most favorite place in the house

For centuries kitchen was attributed to the fire element and goddess Hestia.

This is the most energetic place in the household where most of the transformational magic happens.

You create this beautiful environment where you can spend hours baking, stirring, mixing, or having your best friend for a cup of tea.

Believe it or not, the kitchen is the best place to start your magical practice. And with a little bit of extra study, you’d be able not only to nourish your body but also to affect the mood and environment around you.

11. Your Book of Shadows is full of delicious recipes

As a Kitchen Witch you like to add various recipes to your personal Book of Shadows.

You might also list all the magical ingredients such as herbs, vegetables, and fruit that you use every day.

There is a lot of room to be creative and invent your own spells based on the food you prepare.

Let me know in the comments what are your favorite topics to include in your Book of Shadows or a magical cooking journal!
